By creating an account or using MatchMaybe, you agree to:

To use MatchMaybe, you must:

• One person, one account - no fake or multiple accounts

4. Using MatchMaybe

Our Service

MatchMaybe provides:

• One daily match at 8 PM IST
• 24-hour decision window for each match
• Chat functionality for mutual matches
• Anonymous preference features
• Premium features for subscribers

Your Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for commercial or illegal purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent yourself
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Use bots, scripts, or automated methods
• Attempt to access others' accounts
• Violate any applicable laws

5. Content and Licensing

Your Content

You retain rights to your content but grant us a license to:

• Display your profile to other users
• Use your content for service operation
• Store and backup your information

Prohibited Content

Do not post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Contains nudity or sexual content
• Promotes violence or discrimination
• Infringes on others' rights
• Contains malware or spam

6. Premium Services

Subscriptions

• Premium features require paid subscription
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Prices may vary by region and platform
• Cancel anytime through your app store

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to:

• Apple App Store policies for iOS users
• Google Play Store policies for Android users
• No refunds for partially used periods

• Meet in public places for first dates
